Serving Those Who Serve

Rachel is a dedicated licensed professional counselor with extensive experience treating trauma and stress in military and first responders. She specializes in EMDR, Equine-assisted therapies, critical incident counseling, debriefing, and clinical guidance to peer support teams. 

 As the spouse of a first responder, Rachel also has personal insight into the impacts of these professions in the home and is committed to supporting the whole family. 

She also works with local non-profits that support veterans and first responders.
